To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via email at comenzi@puimic.ro. According to Article 9, paragraph 1 of Government Ordinance No. 34 of June 12, 2014, regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from distance contracts, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the products / the last product.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse any sum we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another reimbursement method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Send the products or hand them directly to us at Str. Trestiei nr. 8B, Sangeorgiu de Mures, Mures, 547530 without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. Our operators will assist you in choosing the return method and will provide you with the necessary details regarding the shipping address for the products, packaging, or contacting the courier company.
